🔴 WE'RE HIRING — Rehab & Performance Practitioner

We're growing the Back2Front team and we're looking for someone special.

This isn't a gym-floor role. We work with injured people, over-50s, and those managing long-term health conditions. We prescribe health pathways — not sessions.

The role:
📍 Aberdare, South Wales
⏱ 18–21 hours/week
💷 £24–30k pro rata
🕐 Mornings, evenings & weekends

What we're looking for:
A health-focused practitioner with a background in sports massage, rehab, and/or exercise instruction. SCRAM graduates are particularly welcome — but if this role speaks to you, we want to hear from you regardless.

Your caseload will be mixed across 1:1 rehab, massage, and group classes. Pilates experience is a bonus.

Why Back2Front?
We have a structured clinical team, a clear career pathway from RPP to Senior grade, genuine mentorship, and a clinic culture built around long-term outcomes — not footfall.
If you're newly qualified and want the right start, or experienced and ready for a change — this could be the place.

👇 DM us to express interest or send your CV to us at info@back2frontphysio.com. We'd love to hear from you — just introduce yourself and tell us why Back2Front appeals to you.

Running injuries aren’t usually bad luck.

If you keep breaking down with the same problem — shin pain, knee pain, calf strains, Achilles issues — there’s normally a reason behind it.

Most runners we see are missing one of these three things:

1️⃣ Strength – running alone doesn’t build enough tissue capacity
2️⃣ Technique – overstriding and long ground contact time increase braking forces
3️⃣ Load management – doing too much too soon
Running is repetitive stress.

If the body isn’t prepared for that load, injuries eventually appear.

The goal isn’t just getting out of pain…
It’s becoming a robust runner who can train consistently.

If you’re a runner who keeps getting injured, DM us the word RUN and we’ll help you figure out what’s actually going wrong. 🏃‍♂️💬

People always ask why we created the Back2Front Rewards Club.

It’s simple.

Consistency deserves recognising.

Most people think results come from one big decision…

But in reality they come from the small things done repeatedly.

Showing up to class.
Doing your rehab.
Looking after your health.

Our Rewards Club simply says thank you to the people who keep turning up.

Because the people who show up the most…
are the ones who change their health the most.
If you’re part of the Back2Front community, keep scanning and stacking those visits 💪

And if you’re new here, come and see what we’re about.

Shoulder pain when pushing a door, getting up off the floor, or lifting something overhead?

Most people assume: “I need to strengthen it more.”

But pressing pain is rarely just about weakness.

In clinic, we often see:
• Poor load tolerance
• Reduced scapular control
• Irritated rotator cuff tissue
• Fear-driven movement compensation

The solution isn’t stopping exercise.

It’s modifying load, improving control, and rebuilding confidence under pressure.

Shoulders don’t need protecting forever.

They need progressing properly.

If pressing movements are uncomfortable and you’re unsure what to do next, it’s worth getting it assessed rather than guessing.

Comment SHOULDER or message the clinic for guidance.

Most people don’t fail at exercise because they’re lazy.
They fail because the environment is wrong.

Long-term success usually comes down to three things:

1️⃣ The right level of challenge
Too easy = no progress.
Too hard = overwhelm.
It has to stretch you without breaking you.

2️⃣ Enjoyment
If you hate it, you won’t repeat it.
Sustainable health requires something you actually like turning up to.

3️⃣ Accountability
When others expect you to show up, you show up.
Community removes decision fatigue.

At Back2Front, our classes are designed around progression, support, and structure — especially for people who feel intimidated by normal gym environments.

If you’re ready for something more sustainable, message us with the word "CLASSES" and we can help to support your fitness journey.

Knee or hip stiffness?

❌️It’s not a stop sign.
✅️It’s usually a strength signal.

Rest doesn’t build resilient joints.
The right loading does.

💪Stronger hips and legs can improve confidence, movement and independence — even when arthritis is present.

If discomfort is holding you back, comment KNEE and we’ll show you the next safe step forward.
