45 minutes. A mat. Your body horizontal. Starfishing! That's it.

No jumping. No squatting. No press ups. Just you, gravity, and elite-level recovery in a fully supervised, professionally guided environment.

We've seen the research. We've listened to your body. And your body is telling us it wants to lie down.

✅ Expert-guided horizontal positioning

The different reactions when the camera comes out… 😅

Some love it.
Some avoid it.
Some suddenly move perfectly.
Some don’t even realise it’s there.

But one thing’s always the same…
There’s always a laugh.

And that’s what makes it easier to keep showing up.

Exercise doesn’t have to be serious all the time.

“I’ve got arthritis, so I should probably take it easy.”
