As the new year is upon us our walking group will be making a return! Following the success of our walking groups last year, we have brought them back.

Sunday 4th January, 9am we will be meeting Maerdy Mountain Lay-By. Men and Women welcome!

As this year comes to a close, I find myself reflecting with deep gratitude on the journeys shared in the counselling space.

Every story, every moment of courage, and every step taken toward healing has been a reminder of the strength that lives within each person.

Growth doesn’t always look loud or linear—sometimes it’s quiet reflection, gentle awareness, or simply choosing to keep going.

As we welcome a new year, there is hope.

Hope for continued healing, for self-compassion, for clearer boundaries, and for renewed purpose. The new year doesn’t require perfection—only presence and willingness.

May it bring moments of peace, resilience in challenges, and the courage to embrace change at your own pace.
