Our latest blog post showcases the eleven grassroots organisations which secured funding via the ABZWorks Development Fund to deliver employability support activities in the heart of Aberdeen's communities.

The ABZWorks Development Fund was set up to help up reach people furthest from the labour market and support them to build confidence and skills, while moving closer to getting a job, getting a better paid job, moving on to formal training or education, or into volunteering.

It was also designed to build and enhance the employability capacity of community organisations operating in Aberdeen, with a particular focus on parents, young people, and inclusion.
