Snowy and icy conditions will continue to affect the Grampian region over the coming days, with a Met Office warning in place between 8pm tonight and 12pm tomorrow.

Significant gritting and road / footpath clearing operations continue throughout the North East to improve connectivity in communities, however this will take time to complete and may be impacted if further snowfall is experienced.

Care for People groups continue to contact individuals identified as vulnerable and are supporting them.

Vaccination clinics - adverse weather

ALL vaccination clinics in Aberdeenshire and Moray will be CLOSED tomorrow (Monday 5 January). Teams are working to contact those with appointments to rearrange.

Aberdeen City Vaccination and Wellbeing Hub and Bridge of Don clinics will open at 11am and close at 3pm. All baby clinics and LD health checks have been CANCELLED.

If you have an appointment tomorrow and have not been contacted - or are not able to safely attend an appointment at an open centre - please call 01224 555 333 from 8.30am tomorrow (Monday) to rearrange.

Due to high call demand relating to dental issues across out of hours services, callers tonight are being advised that they are likely to experience long waits to access dental care. Dental surgeries, along with other primary care services, will re-open tomorrow morning and will be able to provide support.
