Counselling DBR & CRM Therapy Counsellor, Psychotherapist, DBR & CRM therapist My name is Sha’yo. I live in Scotland and offer an audio-visual service if you feel that we could work together.

My career as a Mental/Health Practitioner includes 20 years as an Occupational Therapist in the NHS. This has given me a para-medical background and a profound acceptance that we cannot separate the mind and body. My post-grad training in Person Centred Counselling and Psychotherapy started in 2010. I have continued to learn and grow. My work is informed by evidenced-based neuroscience and current research on the advances in psychotherapy approaches and treatments. I’m really passionate about the work I do and believe in working collaboratively for achieve your therapeutic goals.
