Where to begin... Last Thursday, we hosted our first-ever gala, and it was an evening to remember.

Over 340 friends, supporters, and collaborators. Some world-class, award-winning entertainment. And most importantly, over £61,000 raised for the incredible team at Maggie's Aberdeen.

Together, we demonstrated the power of the business community in the north-east, and our collective desire to make a difference and support one another. The IntrospeXion community is only just beginning - we’re so proud to have you all along for this journey.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the gala a reality and a smash hit. A special shout-out to McLaren, ThinkPR (Scotland) Ltd, Al Fresco Italian Restaurant Aberdeen, AXV Audio Visual, Glen Cairns, Ardoe House Hotel & Spa, Massive Management, and to every person who secured a table, donated an auction or raffle, or helped create the most incredible evening.

What an incredible night, supported by those who have helped establish IntrospeXion as the leading mental health and wellbeing consultancy in the north-east. The power of our community was on full display last night, and there’s still plenty more to come.

We can’t wait to celebrate everything the IntrospeXion community has achieved so far with our closest collaborators, friends, family, and some very special, award-winning entertainment.

In recognition of Neurodiversity Celebration Week, we are exploring the key differences between ADHD screenings and ADHD diagnoses...

In ADHD terminology, screening and diagnosis are used interchangeably. However, they actually refer to two different processes, and when we confuse the two, we risk creating false expectations about outcomes and support for affected individuals.

Used to identify patterns in attention, organisation, impulsivity, restlessness, or emotional regulation, screenings - although not official or definitive - still play an evidence-based role in ADHD care pathways. Our first-ever gala dinner this week promises to be an incredible night - not least because of one extra special guest performance...

We are honoured to have the one and only Emeli Sande on Thursday, performing on behalf of the 340+ guests in attendance. Coming back to her hometown, we are thankful for Emeli’s support and can’t wait to see her back on stage.

When someone is diagnosed with cancer, they need more than just medical treatment.

Recognising this, Maggie's Centres provides a space for individuals and families to access information on how treatment affects those diagnosed, delivering emotional support and practical advice. More so, Maggie's is a space where you can meet and talk to people dealing with similar experiences. Since 1996, Maggie’s has supported more than 4 million people.

We are proud to have the incredible team at Maggie's Aberdeen as the official charity partner of the 2026 IntrospeXion Gala. Through the evening’s raffle and auction, we aim to raise as much money as we can, so Maggie’s can deliver the dedicated and compassionate support it's known for.

Following the high demand for our last ADHD clinic, the team is once again bringing our award-winning screening and diagnosis services to England on March 28th in Jarrow, South Tyneside.
