Just checking in so see how everyone is….and run a new idea past you all
I’m considering returning an online yoga class and want to see if this is of any interest to anyone, if it helps overcome any barriers you might have to practising.
I need to do a bit of ‘research’ to find out if there is preferred days, times and durations of class, which might be best done my way of a questionnaire/poll, so if you can like this post if you’d like to contribute?
Also would consider a session for beginners, sport specific, restorative, and yoga for men.
Any other ideas or suggestions?
