We all know we neglect our mobility and flexibility-
instead prioritising the 'harder' stuff and putting more value into clocking miles, or lifting more.

Holding you back from feeling better.... whether that's stronger, fitter, more confident, less achy, or more mobile......

What does "feeling better" mean to YOU?

If you've got a barrier preventing you from feeling better, something needs to happen to change that.

Clarify the problem, and make a plan to find a solution.

Don't let TIME be an extra hurdle, look at your diary for the week, and see when you can invest just 30 minutes in yourself.
Put an appointment in there, and stick to it.

My story

NASM Expert Level 3 qualified CPT; 200hr certified yoga teacher, BTN Academy qualified Nutrition Coach, Western School of Massage Graduate—

I’ve been in the Fitness industry since 2004, working with all levels of clients from newbies to pros! All these years and experience have allowed me to develop a USP of treating a client or class member as an individual, and treat them as a whole. It’s never just about the six pack, or the 10k PB for me..... I deliver classes, small group and 1-2-1 PT sessions in a private and discrete gym in Altens, Aberdeen. Specialising in Nutrition Coaching, Pre/Post Natal Fitness, Injury Rehabilitation, Sports Specific training (particularly running, golf, skiing, cycling) Weight Management, Older Adult, MoveFreely Biomechanics, and Special Populations. I've been teaching Ashtanga based classes since 2009, delivering private sessions, and teaching in open studios throughout the week. Block bookings available, for all levels of experience, as well as drop-ins. Balancing out all the hard work, Swedish massage therapies are available in my own treatment room, or clients can enjoy the comfort of their own home.
