Protecting yourself from HIV is easier and more effective than ever

⭐ Top ways to prevent HIV ⭐

• PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis): A daily or event-based medication that can reduce your risk by up to 99% when taken correctly.

• Regular testing: Knowing your status is key. HIV tests are quick, confidential, and reliable.

• Condoms: Still one of the most reliable ways to prevent HIV and other STIs.

• PEP (Post-Exposure Prophylaxis): An emergency option within 72 hours of possible exposure.

• Do not share needles or injection equipment.
