🧠 Psychoevolutionary Theory (Ulrich & Simons, 1986) found that extended periods of time in human-built environments increased the anxiety levels of subjects and put them at higher risk of health issues like stress, depression, obesity and cardiac diseases.

πŸ§‘β€βš•οΈ Another study (Zuckerman, 1977) found that spending extensive hours indoors increased the likelihood of negative thoughts too.

Call 0845 604 3719 or 0845 608 8551 (textphone), pop into your local Job Centre Plus Service Centre or leave a message in your Universal Credit journal to request free DEA support. They can support any member of the public, whether on benefits or not. That includes students, self-employed and everyone else.

This particular service is UK-wide too.
