Feel real good inside and out with Slimming World ❤️!

Our new research shows that Slimming World members aged 18-34 lost an average of 12% of their body weight (around 2st, or 12.7kg) while gaining a healthier relationship with food, improved mental wellbeing and an increased sense of community 🤗.

With younger adults facing a higher risk of future weight gain than any other age group, it’s clear that the human connection found in Slimming World groups – and the accountability and sense of commitment that comes from attending each week – is more important than ever.

Car stuck so I ordered a iceland shop which for the 2nd time got cancelled 😢. So off we went to the local Tesco. Shelfs was full. On the way home there was a lady sitting at her window and we go to talking and bless her she asked it they had any bread. She hasn't been able to get out for 8 days. So we halved our with her. As we walked away the wee man shouts "enjoy ur bread" and waves 👋 😉 ###

💖💖 Meet my member Jenna Birnie 💖💖

Jenna has lost an incredible 16 stone yes thats right 16 stone!!!

Jenna joined Slimming World after her son started boxing and lost 3 stone, between his success, getting a good talking too from her best friend who was worried about her and being so miserable within herself. It was the rocket she needed to rejoin Slimming World!

She loved the app to try new things for food optimising. Loves trying new soups and the burger pasta is always a hit in her house.

Her biggest challenge is just having some confidence for once. She said it was so nice to go in and get nice clothes from high street shops rather than having to always shop online.

Shes more active now which is great nothing is a chore like what it used to be.

Being overweight never affected her health but she knows it would of if she continued to keep going the way she was.

Jenna said "having the best group and helping out at the scales has motivated me to keep going to get to target cant thank my group and Paula enough 🫶"
