Days like this was always a thought😔😔😔.... even though I wanted to do as much as possible with my beautiful boy, the thought of walked for hours or not wanting to go on anything cause I was embarrassed and thought I was just to heavy to have fun was a common feeling.... I 100% believe slimming world has gave me my life back. With a healthy balance of food and body magic I made some of the best memorie with my family at landmark this weekend. I literally went on every thing I wanted too including a couple of the kid slides 😅😅😅. I have lost over 6st with slimming world and as you local consultant id love to help support and encourage anyone that has ever felt the way I did. YOU ARE NOT ALONE AND NEVER HAVE TO BE....

“Being an assistant scout leader, I go on quite a few camps and until I lost weight, I couldn't zip my sleeping bag up 🥾⛺. Is anyone else finding being active more appealing with these brighter, longer days? For any avid gardeners amongst you did you know that pushing the lawnmower, digging down deep or raking the lawn all count as Body Magic activity (as long as it gets your heart rate up!) 👨‍🌾🌷😍.
