🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Calum Kennedy is still a very requested artist when it comes to music for a funeral service in Scotland, especially in our more rural areas such as Ellon. 🎵 Classic tunes include The Dark Island, Lovely Stornoway and The Road and the Miles to Dundee, to name but a few.

🎤 His daughter, Fiona Kennedy, carries on the family traditions and singing still runs steadily through her veins. She is holding a concert in Aberdeen at the Tivoli Theatre on October 9th, 2024.

🎶 Calum, Funeral Arranger and post Funeral Service Crew member helps run a community choir within Aberdeen alongside the rock chic herself, Eileen Pike. ⭐️ After their well-deserved win at the VSA
Sing Sing Sing 2024 the choir will perform live on stage as part of Fiona Kennedy's concert. Both Calum and Eileen are immensely proud of the choir and all that they do and continue to support and fundraise in the local community. 💫

Alison, Neil and families wish to extend their sincere thanks to everyone for the lovely cards and flowers received, and sympathy shown to them, following the recent sad loss of Elma. Heartfelt thanks to the staff at Woodlands Care Home for their compassionate and loving care during Elma’s time there. Thanks to Sandy Stark and his colleagues at William Gilchrist for their exceptional kindness, support and professional handling of the funeral arrangements, and to Stiubhart MacChoille for his excellent and comforting service. Finally, many thanks to all who paid their last respects at the crematorium and generously donated £400 to Dementia Scotland. Elma will be sorely missed.
