Energetic incantations : beautiful work by kedmunds82.
Last year , I had the privilege of discovering Kate’s work . And it spoke to me . So I ordered a piece about Shiatsu . I was really eager to see what would come up .
Well, I cried .What had been captured about me & Shiatsu was about expectations . I leave you to be the judge of it but it deeply resonates with me . Now, I just need to find a place for it 🥰

At last weekend's AGM, we presented the Haven Volunteer Awards, recognising the outstanding contributions of our volunteers. Each award is named after one of our core values. Gaelle was honored with the Compassion Award for her supportive nature.

Gaelle is one of the Havenite Coworkers offering Shiatsu sessions and Qigong classes through The Haven Wellbeing Space but also volunteers her time at things like our New Mums Wellbeing Sessions. Her healing hands are greatly appreciated.
