SPF 50 for your face, polarised sunglasses for your eyes and I also use Yak Traxs on my feet to stop my sliding on the ice!!

Did you know that snow reflects up to 80% of UV light meaning that there is a risk of ‘snow blindness’ (photokeratitis) in these wintery conditions???

Symptoms include redness, pain, watering, gritty sensation, sensitivity to light, blurred vision and headache.

It is therefore vital to wear your sunglasses to prevent UV light from reaching your eyes 👀

Always looks for sunglasses that have 100% UV protection and that fit close to the eye to prevent rays coming in from the sides.

Always wear when driving to prevent glare from wet and/or snowy roads.
