Prevention is always better than cure. It's better to stop a problem from happening than to stop or correct it after it has started. Massage therapy helps boost our immune system and flush out toxins, increasing blood flow throughout the body. As a migraine sufferer myself i know how debilitating having them can be. Medicines can work but with overuse it can just lead to more headaches. Being healthy and balanced mentally and physically is the best way to avoid unwanted negative thoughts and feelings. A good diet and exercise are so important.
