Only a couple of spaces still available for our wonderful retreat in 4 days time.
We have yoga guided visualisation and meditation. Learning how our mind and body are connected and a fantastic soundbath.
As a mental nurse our mental emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing is so important.
We are good at looking after our physical body washing ourselves cleaning our teeth,exercising BUT what about the mind????
The mind it is in charge of everything. When the mind is at EASE the body is at EASE. If the mind is ill at ease ie fearful scared then the body becomes DIS-EASED . We then suffer from upset stomaches neck tensions etc.
Taking time out to relax allows the mind to feel happy and contented and at peace. ❤️
