Support us by...…SHOPPING!

That's right, by shopping online, just as you usually do - maybe a little more than usual this time of year - you can help raise money for our counselling service and what's better, it cost you absolutely NOTHING! (Well, nothing more than the cost of your shopping).

All donations are made by the brands you choose to shop with and this is all done through easyfundraising.org.uk Most brands pay a % of what you spend with them as a donation, for example if you spend £150 on a hotel via booking.com, they will donate 3% which is £4.50. Some retailers pay a flat amount, for example if you buy car insurance with confused.com via easyfundraising, they will donate a flat £15 regardless of the cost of the policy. There are over 8100 brands sign up so your favourites are likely to be there too.

Register today with Easy Fundraising and you can make a difference at no cost to yourself. Just sign up and choose Cairns Counselling as your nominated charity.

With one month to go we are so excited to announce our stall holders for our upcoming Festive Craft Fair. - We have 25 fantastic talented stall holders across the weekend who are each bringing something different to the event.

The range of gifts on offer include candles, home fragrance, jewellery, baby/kids clothes, ceramics, cakes & bakes, artwork, wooden crafts and homewares, So whether you're looking for Christmas presents or to treat yourself its the perfect place to pick up some local, handmade gifts.

Get into the holiday spirit and support a great cause at the Cairns Counselling Festive Craft Fair!

Today marks the start of the 23rd annual Baby Loss Awareness Week. A time for everyone to remember much-loved and missed babies, and raise awareness of pregnancy and baby loss.

Baby Loss Awareness Week (BLAW) can sometimes feel a little overwhelming. Please try and take time to care for yourself and each other this week. Whether that be limiting time spent on social media, going for walks, doing something creative or checking in with a friend or colleague.

Thank you to everyone who joined us last week for our first Quiz Night. Together you helped us raise...….drum roll.....£307.98!

Big thanks to everyone involved including Jamie our quizmaster, our volunteers on the night, Ruby and the team at Foodstory for being great hosts, Breakout Games Aberdeen for donating the main prize and of course all you quiz heads who came along. We are delighted by how the evening went and your feedback has been fantastic to hear.

The evening was a great success so if your up for it, we're gonna do it all again..... watch this space!
