Feel free to get in touch for more information, private classes or any special requests! The weightlessness allows for deeper stretches & greater freedom of movement whilst building core strength – twice the benefit for half the effort! Poses that would otherwise be restricted become more accessible, making this a great class for all levels – irrespective of experience. Best of all: the fun class stimulates the release of ‘happy hormones’ with opportunity to perhaps perfect any ‘Spiderman’ moves’!
