We were delighted to be one of 15 charities to receive a Β£100 donation from Scott James & Associates. The donations were made rather than sending Christmas Cards. We were all treated to a great festive morning in their office, christmas carols, mince pies and the chance to speak to some of the other charities.

Thank you once again and Merry Christmas to you all πŸŽ„

We were delighted to be the chosen charity for the Kick the Ball event earlier this year. An event incorporating a 100+mile cycle stopping off at some of the Highland League Football Clubs.

The event raised an amazing πŸŽ‰Β£55,256.12 πŸŽ‰.

Huge thank you to Ian Ord, Mike Macaulay and Pat Machray for organising and co-ordinating the event and to British long distance cyclist, broadcaster and author Mark Beaumont who lead the cycle and entertained guests at the dinner in the evening. Thanks to all the cyclists who took part on the day and to the Highland League Football Clubs who contributed to the funds raised with various activities during their pre season training.

Funds raised will go towards our current appeal, the SURE Unit. The SURE Unit will be transformational in how we diagnose and treat urology patients, reducing anxiety and improving outcomes.

Retired Fire Fighters Golf Section held their annual charity golf day on 26 September at Peterculter Golf Club.

This year, in memory of former colleague and golf section member Alan Rose, they chose UCAN as the charity to benefit and they raised an amazing Β£1,000 for the charity.

Gayle went along to Peterculter Golf Club, met with the organisers Mike Megginson, Fraser Burr and Scott MacKay and receive the donation. Huge thank you to everyone who took part on the day and to Cammy Burr for being the photographer for the cheque presentation.
