Frost on the ground, a beautiful blue sky, a few clouds… and maybe even a hint of snow! My idea of the perfect winter’s day. ❄️
It is mid-November, so none of this should be a surprise, but after the mild weather we’ve been having it still feels like a total shock to the system.
My ‘winter body’ has officially arrived: creakier, achy joints, slower starts, and a gentle reminder to be kinder to ourselves. Some days call for a softer practice, and that’s absolutely okay.
Bring your layers, bring your winter body, bring your best creaks and we’ll warm up together. 🔥🧘♀️✨
