Great to see Colin Wallace in clinic yesterday showing us his Gold Medal from the World Rowing Beach Sprints Finals. Colin was in Turkey representing GB and smashed it. Unsure you are getting your medal back from SPEAR Physio James though 😬 🥳🙌💪

Welcome to the team Harry.
Harry joins the SPEAR Physio team this week with clinics at Aberdeen Sports Village, Westhill and Paul Lawrie Golf Centre.
Harry also does pitch first aid with Banks O’Dee Juniors and is a keen gym enthusiast. He is really motivated to help his patients back to full fitness, and work with them to achieve all their goals.

Tomorrow we say “safe travels” to SPEAR Physio Stefan who is taking a year out to travel and work as a physio in Australia. “All the best, mate!” Stefan will be a big miss, but we look forward to welcoming him back next year with lots of new skills.

Kayleigh was out and about at oil and gas company INEOS as part of their back awareness month. Kayleigh gave advice, education and 30 minute Sports massage sessions. Lots of brilliant feedback. It’s fantastic to be invited into workplaces to help people keep well.

Our SPEAR team continues to get stronger 🤩.

We are delighted to announce that Karen Hedberg is joining our physio team. 🤩 Karen comes to us with a wealth of fantastic experience looking after and getting patients back to what they love going.
Karen’s is photo taken this week whilst on holiday in Malmö, Sweden. The building in the background is called the turning torso.
Karen is gearing up for her start at SPEAR and recovering from her amazing accomplishment completing the Benachie ultra last Sunday.
Karen starts at Westhill clinic on Monday 27th and will work between Westhill and ASV clinics Monday, Tuesday and Friday.
