And just like that, summer is almost over! Luckily, yoga is just beginning:

Tuesday @ Suttie Cente, Foresterhill. 5:15pm - 6:15pm. FREE for NHS Grampian and University of Aberdeen staff and students.
Tuesday @ Cookney Village Hall. 7:00pm - 8:00pm. £8 per class.
Wednesday @ Stonehaven Community Centre on Bath Street. 7:30pm - 9:00pm. £10 per class.

Take a mat if you have one otherwise you are welcome to borrow one. Wear comfy clothes that you can move about in. Take a jumper or blanket for relaxation. Classes suited for most, but get in touch if you want to discuss ailments or injuries first. And hopefully have a bit of fun and a wee laugh too! Please like and share 🙏🕉

Good morning all! Hope you are keeping well and that you've had a great summer so far! Yoga is back week commencing 25th August. However, on the very first day of our hols, I slipped and hurt my knee. I've torn a ligament at the joint and some 6 weeks later there are improvements but I'm still sore and my mobility has been challenged! I shall be practising very carefully these next few days to bring a yoga class to you that will be hopefully all you'd expect but bear with me - there may be some challenges ahead and I may be moving a bit carefully. Hope to see you all soon 🙏🕉

It's been a busy, busy time! Not long until I take a wee break for a summer holiday! Pregnancy yoga is on Monday at 5:45pm at Nurture and Grow Wellness Centre (note the new time!). Class is number dependent on numbers, so please contact me to book and pay.

For a general yoga class I have Cookney Village Hall on Tuesday at 7pm and Stonehaven Community Centre on Wednesday at 7:30pm.

For NHS and University of Aberdeen staff and students Tuesday at 5:15pm and the class is free!!

Remember yoga 1:1 and yoga therapy appointments available on request.
