I don’t believe in ‘fad’ or crash diets. These provide short term solutions with unsustainable results. They are a plan A with no plan B, a “one side fits all” or “cookie cutter” approach to nutrition. I work with individuals of all capabilities who are searching for personal and supportive 1 to 1 nutrition coaching. The existing nutrition and fitness industry is poorly regulated. There is an abundance of conflicting evidence readily available it’s easy to get lost confused. Using an evidence based approach to education I eliminate dietary myths. I empower my clients on a personal level to help them achieve their fat loss, body recomposition and fitness goals for life!

The problem isn’t you, it’s the diet. Trust me. I’ve been there.

Back in 2012 I obsessively tracked my macros on My Fitness Pal and killed myself in the gym in the pursuit of my dream body.

Combined with the exhausting shifts and stress within the NHS it led to binge eating and burnout.

That’s why I created Nourish, to help other women achieve a sustainable approach to health and wellbeing instead of falling into the same traps I did.

This January we’re relaunching our signature group program, The Nourish Academy, which goes live 3 times each year.

It’s a 12-week small group coaching experience to help women create a healthier lifestyle, heal their relationship with food & lose weight sustainably without rules or restriction.

Our approach is holistic, looking at the whole person. This means addressing everything from sleep, stress, relationship, work life balance, self esteem, self confidence AS WELL AS nutrition and exercise.

That’s the key to creating long term sustainable weight loss.
