What is The Nourish Academy — and how does it work?
The Nourish Academy isn’t just about weight loss.
It’s a holistic, evidence-based approach to increasing energy, managing stress, rebuilding self-confidence, and optimising long-term health.
The Nourish Academy is now entering its 8th round, refined through years 13 of clinical experience, behavioural science, and real life results.
Rather than relying on restrictive dieting or calorie counting alone, Raeleen, our therapist and mindset expert and I combine a whole-person approach to health with behavioural science tools to help women:

• Strengthen and master their mindset
• Break free from diet mentality and restrictive eating
The result is a healthier relationship with food, reduced comfort eating, and an end to the cycle of yo-yo dieting.
The Nourish Academy is intentionally small, with a maximum of 10 women, allowing for meaningful support and personalised guidance.
Participants receive live, expert-led group consultations that include individualised coaching within a supportive group environment.

How The Nourish Academy works
1. Nutrition
We calculate your individual calorie requirements and teach you how to eat in a way that supports weight loss without restriction.
You’ll receive practical guidance for breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks — including how to enjoy foods like chocolate while still achieving your goals. You’ll also gain access to the Nourish Recipe eBook, featuring quick, nutritious, and family-friendly meals.
2. Expert-led group consultations
Weekly live consultations are held on Zoom and are led by myself, GP and Lifestyle Physician and Raeleen, a Therapist and Mindset Expert.
These sessions combine medical, nutritional, and psychological expertise to support sustainable behaviour change.
Participants are invited to bring real-life questions and challenges, and we work through topics such as socialising, peer pressure, self-sabotage, emotional eating, stress management, and sleep optimisation.
All sessions are recorded and available for catch-up if you’re unable to attend live.
3. Community and peer support
Participants are supported inside a private community hosted on the Skool app, where they can ask questions of both myself and Raeleen Monday to Friday, alongside encouragement and accountability from women on the same journey.
4. Education
The programme includes 12 structured modules and 38 educational resources, delivered through video and downloadable PDFs.
Topics cover craving management, mindful eating, socialising and eating out with ease, healing your relationship with food, sleep optimisation, stress management, and more.
