They promote good mental well-being and physical health. When we feel these kinds of emotions, good processes take place in the body, such as regenerating the nervous system or lowering cholesterol levels in the blood.
โ๐คฌ Modern lifestyle is full of difficult and stressful situations. This means that negative emotions sometimes prevail. And when feelings such as stress, frustration or anxiety begin to dominate, then problems appear - and not only emotional ones. Toxic emotions can cause real physical pain.
โผ๏ธIt is worth remembering that you can teach your body new, healthier reactions to negative emotions. Find a moment for yourself, take a deep breath, rest, go for a walk, run or just go for a massage.
