Just got back from Warsaw after an intensive TMJ training with Dr Valerio Palmerini.

It was packed with new knowledge, clinical reasoning and practical techniques that genuinely shift the way I look at jaw dysfunction.

This course opens the door for me to work more confidently with:
• bruxism

• clenching
• TMJ-related headaches

🫁 Can you actually breathe properly?

Most of us breathe on autopilot.
But the way you breathe matters more than you think.

Your breathing pattern affects your nervous system, muscle tension, recovery and performance.

Chest-dominant breathing often leads to neck and shoulder tension.
Proper breathing should come from the diaphragm — deeper, calmer and more efficient.

Nose breathing matters too.
It helps filter, warm and humidify the air and supports better posture and function.

Slow, quiet, relaxed breathing is the goal.
Fast and shallow breathing can push your body into stress mode.

Breathing is a skill.
And like any skill — it can be trained.
