A great introduction to Baby Yoga for both the little one and the adult. Class is very laid back, there is no pressure to join in and everything is baby led, so all feeding, sleeping, crying, comforting and everything in-between is not only 'allowed', it's encouraged.

Booking open for classes beginning 2nd June 2026 in the Bridge of Don, Aberdeen.

💚Introduction to Baby Yoga (babies 8 weeks +), 11.45am-12.45pm. £35
💜Baby Massage (babies from birth to 12 months), 1pm-2.30pm. £75

All classes are completely baby led, so all feeding, cuddling, rocking, sleeping, crying and babbling are completely welcome. You never need to apologise for your baby's needs and wants!!

We also have class whatsapp groups where we stay in touch over the week, so you always have your village with you!

Today is International Day of the Midwife.

Personally I felt very supported by my midwives throughout both my pregnancies and labour's. I remember in my second labour, my midwife and the student midwife really listening to my comments and concerns. The communicated with both myself and my husband clearly, whilst advocating for me with the other professionals in the room.

From setting up Baby and Me, I have had the privilege to get to know a few practicing midwives and I am lucky enough to call them my friends. These midwives have worked incredibly hard this past year and for some woman have been the only support they have had.

Thank you Midwives. You are seen and you are an extremely important part in what can be a very vulnerable stage in our lives.

Just a reminder that there are no classes this week due to the schools being off. Why not arrange to meet up with some of your fellow Baby and Me families instead! You could go for a walk, meet for a coffee or brave a soft play centre.

Throw back to what classes looked like 7 years ago!!!! Baby and Me classes ran from my family home on a Saturday morning. My husband would take our (little) kids out to a park or to visit friends and family. I would run baby massage classes for a maximum of 4 families that usually ran with two parents attending.
