New classes start Tuesday 14th April for Mobile Baby Yoga and Baby Yoga in the Bridge of Don, Aberdeen.

Mobile Baby Yoga : 9.30-10.15am
Suitable for babies who can roll, sit, crawl or walk until 16/18months old

Baby Yoga : 10.30-11.30am
Suitable for babies from 12 weeks to pre mobile.

These classes can be started at anytime from 14th April until 23rd June. You can choose to book per date, month or the whole term, so you won't be paying for classes you know you can't attend.

Baby Massage
Tuesday
1.00-2.30pm
5 week course

💜 21st April - 26th May’26 (no class 4th May).
💛 2nd June - 23rd June’26. (4 week course)

Baby massage is the perfect first class for you and your little one. Suitable from birth until 12 months, it's never too late to learn the life long skill of massage.

Over the 5 weeks we will learn different techniques to support your little ones development, aid their circulation, reduce the effects from gas and colic, promote natural deep sleep and can provide relief from teething. There is a 10 minute soft arrival time to ease you into the session and all classes are completely baby led, so all crying, sleeping, feeding and soothing is not only permitted but actively encouraged.

Each class has structured conversation time to allow you time to get to know the other families in the class and begin to build your 'Mum Village'. There are refreshments for the adults and you are more than welcome to bring another adult along with you.

Real families, real feedback.

Booking is open for all classes from NOW through to June 2026. Classes are held in the Bridge of Don on a Tuesday.

There are four classes available to you:
💜Baby Massage (birth to 12 months)
💛Introduction to Baby Yoga (8 weeks to 4 months)
🧡Baby Yoga (12 weeks to precrawling)
💚Mobile Baby Yoga (Crawling/rolling to 18months)

Baby and Me has been supporting families in the North East of Scotland for 11 years now. Countless families have been welcomed either into my own home or at Balgownie Community Centre. Some have stayed for 6 weeks, which back in the day was the longest block offered, and now some stay for all of their maternity leave. I feel extremely honoured every time a family chooses Baby and Me as part of their parenting journey.

Some of the families in this picture have returned with their second baby. Some have remained firm friends all these years later. Some families little ones start Primary 1 after the summer, while others move into the senior phase of primary school. Each photo tells a story and a special moment in time.

Baby and Me would be delighted to welcome new families to join us.

Introduction to Baby Yoga

💛 26th May - 23rd June’26.

Each week we will work on your babies physically and mentally development and wellbeing, through structured sequences and poses. We will also connect back to your body and breath, through gentle stretches, poses and routines that are designed around your postpartum recovery.

There are refreshments and organised conversation time to allow you the chance to connect to the other adults in the room and start building your 'mum village '.
