For me that’s why I keep going back to the gym, even more so on leg day! After having back surgery it was then I decided to become a personal trainer. I like to help people with their injuries to become stronger than they were before (like what I have been able to do). I will do this by providing you with the correct lifting technique/posture, saving you going through the same pain as I did. I have added to the services, to help ease pain through sports massage therapy. I help my clients by giving you the knowledge on how to train, give you the confidence to succeed, give help and guidance for us to achieve YOUR goals. I believe fitness should be a part of everyone’s life, whether you’re looking to lose weight, training for a sport, new fitness challenge or just want to maintain your fitness. ⚡️The Power of Food Prep 💥
My usual way of keeping my salad/veg items for lunches is. Portioned out and easy boxes to see everything, instead of packets sitting on top of each other in the fridge and missing something.
Food prep as done last week when cooking. Cooked extra portions. So my this week, I don't have to think much about cooking, just into the microwave. I know the portions are set as well. 🙌
Make life easy for yourself, and around your lifestyle. I hear a lot... I don't have time! I have just the same amount of time, it's how best I make use of that time. 💪
Do yourself a favour and make better use of your time! This way, you may find yourself having more time to actually do something you enjoy.

🫶 I Needed This Right Now ✨️
I have been leaving mini messages in the butter for my future self. It's amazing how much you appreciate them later. 🙏
Likes today, I was floored yesterday, body aching and being sick. Started feeling better as day went on till stomach cramps hit last night. My stomach was so bloated it was almost 3x it's normal size. With some gentle massage on the stomach, I managed to reduce the bloating a little to get me to sleep.
This mornings breakfast 4x slices of toast to test my stomach. And the message U R Strong 💪
To remind me that no matter what's happening, I am strong enough to get through it!
