That's a wrap for Relax & Renew 2025! Can't believe how quickly the year has flown by!

Thank you to our wonderful participants this morning, who came for a relaxing
pre-Christmas reset (some even felt energised enough afterwards to tackle the Christmas shopping! Bravo 👏 🎄🎅🎁

The morning ended on a high with delicious homemade gingerbread. A real treat! Thank you Diane Lawson 😘

Yvonne and I are delighted to be hosting our Spring 'RELAX and RENEW by the SEA' wellbeing weekend from 20th - 22nd March 2026.

Come and join us on a voyage of self-healing in beautiful Portsoy where you'll experience a range of yoga, massage, holistic therapies, Qi Gong, sound therapy, meditation, storytelling, journaling, sunrise walks, a chill in the hot tub under the stars and even time for an invigorating sea swim, should you so wish!
