It's only 5 days after my 16th birthday & I've been turned me into a poster-girl for oral health!

More unforgivable is that breakfast is being served 12 hours late - following a starvation day, a general anaesthetic & tooth removal ... now I'm down to my last 3 teeth

But, bloods are all good & if I have to promote something, it will be how amazing the homeopathy is for my recovery - I was out cold 5 hours ago ... & now I've finished a bowl of food & I'm checking out the birds ...

Be OUTRAGED: within days of being released from prison, my stalker is arrested for alcohol intoxication, threatening behaviour & smashing a glass frontage at McNasty's pub in Summer Street

Be OUTRAGED: Police Scotland fail to spot the similarities with this behaviour & his 5 year history of violence & intimidation towards myself - since he kicked in my front door in June 2020

Be OUTRAGED: despite being ON LICENSE, the Sherriff at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on 12th August fails to incarcerate this re-offending violent criminal. NO DETERRENCE once again. Much like when he absconded from jail

Be OUTRAGED: despite his criminal history, Aberdeen City Council Housing Department house this violent criminal in Aberdeen City Centre

Be OUTRAGED: my stalker is now living in free Aberdeen City Council accommodation & continuing his lifestyle of violence, aggression & vandalism - sponsored by state funds

Be vigilant on my behalf & call 999 if he is anywhere near me or my area. Despite yet another Non-Harrassment Order in place, this criminal fails to heed these pieces of paper

My adventures today started at Mortlach Church (one of the oldest churches in Scotland - since Moluag of Bangor in Ireland came to Mortlach, circa 566AD) ... on my way to walking up the nearby Ben Rinnes (841 metres)

I highly recommend the summit of Ben Rinnes for a great workout & apparently a panorama of 8 counties in clear conditions - although not today!

Then back to my girls ... introducing Layla & Achara - little sisters for Ms. Meru - who is, of course, still demanding total respect
