✨ April availability, cos y’know 3 weeks off in Jan wasn’t enough, I’m having another holiday!

Appointments have been filling up fast lately, so get in touch to book yours.

Pilates classes are booking for the new block too!

Following on from the warm up, here is the 4 point kneeling and seated portion of our pilates class with the ova ball.

It helps to challenge stability to make abs work harder, but can be used to help the exercise and make it slightly easier to learn control.

17/03/2026

Pilates ova ball warm up from this current block.

Lots of variety in standing, warming up the arms and legs, challenging balance and stability.

Video sped up x6

Interested in joining our classes, there is space in all classes for the new block, as moving to a bigger venue for Thursday evenings.

Get in touch to book.

Mothers are strong in ways words can’t describe. 💪🌷

From pregnancy to sleepless nights and endless cuddles — a mother’s body works incredibly hard. Physiotherapy helps support that strength, recovery, and wellbeing. Taking care of yourself is just as important as taking care of your family 🌺

Today we celebrate all the amazing mums out there.

Happy Mother’s Day! 💐

If you’re a mum dealing with aches, pains, or recovery after pregnancy, physiotherapy can help you move and feel better. Get in touch.

🌙 Did you know that quality sleep plays a major role in your body’s recovery? 😴

As physiotherapists, we see how important a good night’s sleep is for healing from injuries and supporting overall wellbeing.

During sleep, your body switches into repair mode. Hormones are released that help repair tissues and support muscle recovery. So getting enough sleep isn’t just about feeling refreshed — it’s a key part of the recovery process.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, dealing with ongoing pain, or simply trying to perform at your best, prioritising sleep can make a big difference alongside your physiotherapy treatment.

This World Sleep Day, take a moment to prioritise your rest:
🛏️ Create a sleep-friendly environment
⏰ Stick to a consistent sleep routine
🌙 Give your body the recovery time it needs

Your body will thank you for it.

Most people think physiotherapy is for athletes…
Or for serious injuries.

But honestly, it’s for everyday people.

For the office worker with a stiff neck after hours at a desk
For the student who sits all day and doesn’t realise how stiff they have become
For the older adult who wants to move confidently- without fear of falling
For the child needing a little help learning to move well.

Physiotherapy isn’t just about fixing pain.
It’s about moving better — for life.

If you have a body and you move, it’s relevant to you.

So why do so many people still see it as a last resort and not a priority for their health?

Get in touch to book your appointment if any of the above are you

❕❗️Tight doesn’t always mean short.

Sometimes your hamstrings feel tight because they’re weak or overworking.

Instead of stretching more, try strengthening through range.

Want exercises that actually help? Comment “HAMSTRINGS”

Struggling with hamstring tightness, get in touch to book your appointment to work out what exercises would be best for you!

✨ Why choose Physio-Led Pilates? ✨

Because your body isn’t generic—and your Pilates shouldn’t be either.

When Pilates is led by a physiotherapist, every movement has a purpose:
✔️ Exercises tailored to your body, injuries, and goals
✔️ Focus on correct technique to reduce pain and prevent injury
✔️ Rehab and strength building, not just “feeling the burn”
✔️ Safe progression backed by clinical knowledge

Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing pain, or simply want to move better and feel stronger, physio-led Pilates helps bridge the gap between rehab and performance.

Move with confidence. Move with intention. 💙
