🎊🎊 MEET MY MEMBER UPDATE 🎊🎊
This is Lynn, she has lost over 4stone with Slimming World and has a new less of life,
She is one of our amazing target member ms that still comes to group every week. One of her driving forces to loss weight was she had a holiday booked and was going to be zip lining (you are braver then me Lynn). There was a weight restriction on this and Lynn absolutely smashed her goals and here are some photos of her on that holiday and the amazing food she had. When Lynn jumped on the scales after her holiday she had lost and amazing 8lbs...... Slimming World Healthy eating plan can be followed anywhere and everywhere. A massive well done again Lynn, I cant wait to see the photos of your next holiday 😀 ###.

Out for lunch today The Black Dog and was gutted they ran out of baked potato's so made a quick change and i feel like it was a good 1 😃 so now I happy they ran out lol was really tasty ☺️ ###

🌟🌟MEET MY MEMBER 🌟🌟

Meet Tracy, Tracy has lost over 9 stone.

When she joined Slimming World she had 2 son's (she now has 3). She felt like she was eating herself to death, but wanted to be able to run around and play with then, roll down hills and be here to see them grow up with there families. She also wants to be here for as long as possible to support and look after her youngest son who has Dravet syndrome.
The biggest thing Tracy had to overcome was her relationship with food. As an emotional eater she ate every emotion. Happy, sad, confused or stressed Tracy turned to food for the answers but over time she has learn to deal with those emotions otherwise.
Tracy can now run around with her boys and feels like a fun mum, she can get down on the floor to help her youngest son which is better for both of them, the steering wheel doesnt touch her tummy and she can now sit with her legs crossed which is the only way she finds comfortable now and she has never been able to do that her entire adult life. She was also pre diabetic but isn't anymore. She thinks food optimising (SlimmingWorls healthy eating plan) is great, spag bol is a family favourite and a great way to feed her boys veggies without them knowing.

Tracy said "I dont think I would of been able to do it without Paula and the group that I go to. They are an amazing bunch of people that are there to support you through everything not just with weight lose"

We had a great day Wynford Farm Park, from indoor play, easter egg hunt, feed the goats pigs and lambs and the staff was soooo friendly. I 100% got my steps in lol 😆 ###
