An afternoon to relax, rejuvenate and reconnect with yourself through yoga and mindfulness practices.

The afternoon will include Yin and Restorative Yoga poses to embrace stillness, pranayama to calm the mind and end with a guided relaxation. The perfect tonic to your stress.

The 90 minute class is suitable for everybody, no prior yoga experience needed. £20 per person- includes tonic shot made locally from Root & Shroom and sweet treat to take home.

Would you like to try yoga?
This class is suitable for absolute beginners, those wishing to brush up on the basics or those that are coming back to yoga after a break.
Each week we’ll gently warm up before focusing on a basic yoga pose and/or transition between poses. Class will also include pranayama (breath work) and relaxation.

£10 per class.

A slow paced class, this practice is designed to move your body in a way that feels good, leaving you feeling calm and balanced. Includes postures to stretch and strengthen, breathwork and relaxation.

A mixture of movement and stillness. This class allows you to stretch your body and relax your mind. Includes pranayama (breathing techniques) gentle flowing movement and 30 mins of Yin postures.

Yin works deeply into the body with passive, longer-held poses typically for 2-5 minutes. Yin yoga can increase flexibility, improve joint mobility and release tension in the fascia.
