Your midweek reset. A mixture of movement and stillness. This class allows you to stretch your body and relax your mind. Includes pranayama (breathing techniques), gentle flowing movement, Yin postures and a long relaxation to fully rest and restore.
Yin works deeply into the body with passive, longer-held poses typically for 2-5 minutes. Yin yoga can increase flexibility, improve joint mobility and release tension in the fascia.
