One of the most common areas I work on is neck and shoulders and to be honest it’s my favourite area to work as I suffer myself from neck and shoulder pain so make it my mission to hone my skills 🖐️. There a number of reasons for this including poor posture, stress, sleeping funny, repetitive work or even a desk job. Sports & Remedial massage can and does help ease this - just ask anyone who has been to see a good therapist !!
