This time last week saw our Kyu Grade Inter-club Tournament kick off with incredible effort, determination and spirit from all of our students! 🏅

From sharp Kata performances to intense Kumite battles, exciting Team Kumite matches and of course the highly anticipated Aka vs Ao Fight Off - the adrenaline was definitely pumping and the atmosphere was fantastic! 🔥

Team Aka fought incredibly hard but Team Ao narrowly held onto the sought-after trophy, making it FOUR wins since the trophy was first introduced to the tournament! 🏆💙❤️

Fingers crossed next time for Team Aka!🤞

Emotions were high, nerves were tested and competitive spirits were unleashed...but as you can see, it was smiles all round by the end of it! 🙂

What an incredible experience for Gabby at The Presidents Cup Sofia Karate Open International Tournament last weekend! 🇧🇬

We could not be prouder of her for stepping onto such a huge international stage and representing not only her home country of Bulgaria, but also Scotland and Mindsparx Karate Academy 💜

Gabby showed strong, confident performances in both Kata and Kumite. Competing at this level takes courage, commitment and heart, and she showed all of that and more.

To see her living out a dream she has had for so long was truly special, and having her supportive family right there by her side made the moment even more meaningful.

We are so proud of everything Gabby achieved this weekend 🙌🥋

Competing at the Presidents Cup Sofia Karate Open International Tournament has been a dream of hers for some time, and now that moment has become reality ✨

This is a huge international event, hosting hundreds of competitors from countries all around the world 🌍🥋

It takes courage, determination, and belief in yourself to compete at this level, and Gabby has shown every bit of that.

No matter the result, we are already so proud of the hard work and commitment she has shown to get here 👏
