Hello Origin Yoga Community,

I have some spaces in my classes in Altens Community Centre:

Monday - 1 space left
Thursday- plenty of space as it is in the main hall
Friday- spaces available

The classes are all suitable for beginners and intermediates; all fitness levels, as you would be working within your own capabilities. We are all living in different bodies and experiencing different lives, and our practice should reflect this. If you are interested in joining the class or want to try my class, please get in touch.

I have a date for the next Community meal.

Before we confirm the restaurant, I need numbers. Please get in touch if you would like to join in with the Origin Yoga Community. It is open to all past, present and future students; it is a way to make new friends, deepen bonds, and share a meal.

Origin Yoga meal landed on International Women's Day. What a lovely evening spent with amazing people. were fantastic with their service and food. Everyone had an amazing time. Still drooling over the Island Veggie Stew 🤤

Thank you to all the amazing women in my life, practising yoga. I grow as a person, meeting every single one of you. I am forever grateful to have this experience, and the community meals are such a pleasure. My heart is blessed and full of joy.

This class is a great way to end the week. Movement, breath practice, de-stressing, and an hour for you to just be.

It's suitable for all levels, especially beginners. Please bring your own mat, other equipment will be provided.

Technically, this is our Christmas night out 😆

Our winter community meal has a date. If you want to come along, it is open to anyone who has been to class or goes to class or wants to join in. This idea was created in realising we all have the same beliefs and values, we are looking for community, and what better way than to share a meal!

If you wish to join, please get in touch with your name and number, and I will add you to the WhatsApp group. This makes my life easier when organising to 1 chat group. If you can't make this date, don't leave the group, just mute as this is where I communicate for all organising of meals.
