Hello all,

With snow days upon us, your safety always comes first. If you’re feeling anxious about driving in the snow or are having difficulty getting to my house, please don’t hesitate to get in touch and I’ll be happy to rearrange your appointment.

Ideally, 24 hours’ notice is appreciated, but if you find yourself running late or needing to cancel at short notice because of the snow then please contact me. I may not be able to answer calls immediately if I’m with a client, so please leave a voicemail or send a text message.

Please park outside my house as usual. I’ll ensure the parking space is kept clear and well gritted.

For those of you that didn't get my email:

Now that the winter months are here, I’d like to ask clients to please ring my house doorbell when you arrive for your appointment. This means you won’t need to wait outside the studio in the wind, rain, or snow! Please continue to meet me at the front door from now on.

If you arrive a few minutes early, feel free to ring the doorbell—there’s no need to wait in your car. I leave a 30-minute interval between clients, so you won’t be walking in on another appointment. This also gives us a little more time to talk about your treatment plan before we begin.

Parking:

When you arrive, please park outside my house and keep the pavement clear so there is wheelchair access.

Snow & Ice:

In bad weather, my driveway and path leading to the studio will be well gritted to help everyone arrive safely. In cases of severe weather warnings or you are nervous to drive in bad weather, please contact me and I will re-arrage your appointment.

Music:

If you’d like to play your own music during your appointment, just ask. I’m happy to play anything that helps you feel comfortable and relaxed.
