One of our favourite tea’s tonight , Ultimate Burger in a bowl total winner !
Smashed paprika roasted tatties at the bottom , salad then mince on top , we added some cheese then a dollop of burger sauce to finish off .

Living with an invisible disability come with its own challenges, we all have different ways of dealing with them.
I’ve made changes to what I eat and drink which is now the new norm for me !

So my Plan A was involving being outside and defrosting 🥶 the car 🚗 today , I decided on Plan B instead 🔥.
Getting some work done and some wedding 💒 planning whilst staying cosy in front off the fire and plenty of coffee☕️ .
