Hi, we’re Ali & Erinn the co-founders of ALERA STUDIO.

One of us lives and breathes the alignment and power of Pilates. The other is deeply rooted in the breath and philosophy of Yoga. Separately, we loved our practices. Together, we realized something was missing: a space that truly integrated both to fully nourish the community.

We wanted to create a studio built on authentic connection, expert movement, and a whole lot of heart. We can’t wait to welcome you into the space we are building together.

Here's all the dates for whats coming up in june 😃

All dates are live on the website now inc floating soundbaths - these go hella quick so dont hang around if you fancy trying it

Theres loungers at the pool and space for anyone that wishes to accompany someone to float but doesn't want to float themself, theres 3 spaces and these are free for anyone taking someone along just pop me a message

We have 3 spaces remaining for the summer solstice retreat - a relaxing day shall be had! Breathwork, soundhealing, Qigong, meditation, and a guided sauna session from the lovely Sea Biscuit Sauna
