Myself and Caroline from CW Personal Training & Massage Therapy are so excited to bring you a morning of uplifting and energising Pilates followed by a relaxing soothing soundbath.

We actually worked together in hospitality many moons ago, and now we’re blending our two worlds to create something a little special for our community.

Caroline will start the morning with a Pilates session that’s suitable for everyone — whether you’re brand new or experienced.

Then I’ll guide you through a soothing soundbath, giving you the chance to unwind and melt into the moment.

Afterwards, we’ll enjoy an optional tea and a chance to mingle and connect.

It's finally here: 'INFLAMMATION EASE', a soothing infusion for joint comfort. I've been working on this for a couple of months now, only because finding turmeric root is a bit like searching for hen's teeth. :}
I promised to create it for a couple of our visitors, and it's now available in our shop, £4.00 for 50g of loose herb blend.

WHAT's IN IT?
*Ginger Root - helps calm the body’s inflammatory response. Contains gingerol, a key antioxidant known to help reduce inflammatory markers.
*Organic Turmeric Root - contains curcumin, a natural compound shown to help moderate chronic inflammatory pathways.
*Lemongrass - gentle antioxidant support.
*Nettle - supports inflammatory balance.
*Chamomile - contains natural flavonoids that help soothe the digestive tract and calm the body’s inflammatory response.
*Hibiscus - rich in anthocyanins, which helps neutralize oxidative stress, a key driver of inflammation.
*Black Pepper (just a pinch) — helps the body make better use of turmeric’s beneficial compounds.

Drum birthing is a ceremonial, shamanic process of crafting a personal medicine drum, creating a spiritual bond between the maker, the materials (often deer hide and wood), and the drum’s spirit. It is a meditative, hands-on workshop experience—often lasting one day—where participants lace and tighten the hide to create a unique, living instrument used for healing and sound work.
