I am spending my day with some friends and my doggy while Mr The Whisky Bothy is working so I'll be enjoying time with my other love... The dog. 🐶

As always, we do a consultation first to discuss how you are feeling and what I can help you with... From here I do a diagnostic tongue reading which will help me to see which organs are working harder or not hard enough, where your body is finding things hard. This is useful even if you are just slightly off balance, in Chinese medicine we want to catch things before they become full illnesses. From here I can apply ear seeds, these little magic beads apply a gentle pressure, giving your body a gentle nudge and allowing it the encouragement to balance itself. I will sometimes apply a more clinical bead of we decide this is useful (a small pin) or even an acupuncture needle.

While I allow the needles to settle I will continue to check your changing tongue and I will give you a reflexology session again gently encouraging your body to find balance.

This treatment is ideal for helping with conditions, symptoms and even just helping you to relax.
