I hate doing posts like this but here is a little reminder with some context...
This week alone I have had £370 worth of very late cancellations or no shows. Unfortunately, a small business like mine cannot cover that kind of a loss.
I really do understand that things crop up and an appointment might need cancelled last minute or slip your mind but I do need to charge. I appreciate my clients very much and make sure that I am here for your appointments.
On booking all clients sign to agree to the terms of booking, this contract between us clarifies that cancellations with less than 24 hours notice require a 50% charge and those with less than 6 hours notice are charged at full treatment price. No shows are also charged at full price. This is not to be unkind but simply to protect my business. My bills also need paid regardless of of clients attend or not.
Clients who are more than 15 minutes late may not be able to receive their treatments but as per policy will be charged at full session cost.
I'm so greatful for my clients, who are incredibly supportive and understanding about these terms.
