Here is a project with a phd opportunity at Dundee University that is currently being advertised.
Please read bellow if interested:
The project is looking at the impact of arts involvement in the early years, looking at both an art psychotherapy perspective, evidencing a parent-infant group approach, and also community arts engagement at the cities contemporary art centre. The project website is

We currently have available a phd space which is fully funded, plus stipend, by the SGSSS collaborative scheme and can be 1+3 or 3 depending on the applicant.
As we have been lucky enough to secure two fully funded phd's for the project (I will be doing the other one) there is a bit more scope for the applicant to bring their own angle to the topic, in fact it would be preferable, so we are very open to exploring ideas. For example we could take arts broadly and include dance and music or we could look at other therapeutic interventions as a comparison or do something about the impact of art on individual development as opposed to attachments etc. I am happy to speak with anyone if they would like further discussion, they can contact me on vickygray@gmail.com.
I have attached the advert or it can be accessed online here https://www.dundee.ac.uk/social-sciences/news/2018/article/scottish-graduate-school-of-social-science-collaborative-studentship-313-studentship-available--university-of-dundee.php
Please do spread it around to anyone you know or think about it yourselves!
