Every year, we check in with the people we support and their families to hear about their experience and make sure we’re continuing to provide care that feels personal, reliable and respectful.

This year, we invited a small group to share more about their day-to-day experience, simply to help us keep learning and strengthening what matters most.

Their feedback meant a lot to us, and so did their comments:
“The service he is receiving is much better.”
“Things have greatly improved.”
“Lesley my carer is more like a daughter to me.”
