The Wallace Practice is an established physiotherapy clinic based in Aberdeen, providing a highly skilled therapy and rehabilitation service.

The Wallace Practice was established in 1982 to provide a highly skilled physiotherapy service, incorporating selected therapies of complimentary medicine. Over the years the service has developed considerably and we now have a team of chartered physiotherapists, a sports masseuse, podiatrist and an acupuncturist; all with considerable experience in their particular field of interest. The Practice philosophy is to offer the highest quality in patient care given promptly, efficiently and in confidence, with sympathetic attention to individual needs.

We are delighted to have our Women’s Health Specialist, Hazel Groves, offering Mummy MOTs at the practice.
Hazel is a certified Mummy MOT Practitioner and chartered Physiotherapist.

What Is It?

- A Mummy MOT is a specialist postnatal examination for women following both vaginal and C-section deliveries.
- It will assess how your posture, pelvic floor muscles and stomach muscles are recovering after childbirth.
- Your Mummy MOT physiotherapist will provide you with gentle exercises and treatment to help with your recovery – and get you back on track with your fitness goals.
- These appointments are suitable for those who have reach 8 weeks post natal.
