***FYI- Small People ***

A massive congrats to everyone making it through the summer!!! Albeit with few added greys I am sure 🤣 It was so lovely to see the sun make a more frequent appearance though! ☀️

Welcome back to school/nursery to those small humans we adore even if they are one of the reasons that we now need a week long trip to the Bahamas in silence!!️🤫🔕Also to those of you who are educating said small humans!! We salute you 🫡 🔕 🤣🤣

On the topic of small people.....

A few new clients have asked if it's ok to bring small people along with them recentely. Not all of us have childcare/nursery yet etc.

The answer is ABSOLUTELY!! I of course know that as a Mum juggling appts along with all the other things we have to do is no easy task so if it helps then please do so!!!Also new baby squidges are especially sought after for ME 😍🤣 I of course am not advocating that your chill out time/massage etc is disrupted with Mum Mum Muuuuuuum or crying but if it's something you think they will sit through and it saves another faff to sort something then by all means!!

Yesterday was "International Relaxation Day"

Maybe you already had the memo lovelies as there were facials, full bodys, scalp massages and the rest this week! One of my clients reminded ME yesterday. My intention was of course to post to remind you all but im a day late!

Heck..... every day is relaxation day at RG HQ!

You welcomed me back from my (very wet and windy holiday) 🤣 with open arms 🫂. I had some chats this week that were just golden and so reassuring my buisness is operating as i always wanted it to be. A nice safe zone to talk, to be quiet, to slow down, to feel like you again. Whatever kind of relaxation you need.

Also a Huge Hello to new likers there have again been quite a few this week!👍😍

I'm thinking I need to do a wee competition soon. What would you like to see up for grabs!!?💜💜💜

So as most of you know I like to operate from a self care zone in my work and it's my own personal agenda. I've seen first hand how much doing things for YOU are detrimental to your own mental and physical wellness.

Its very important to me to be real and honest about how important our Mental Health is!! I genuinely believe that if sharing your own journey can encourage just one person then it's worth it!

So I can confirm I have ticked that box with my own .

I absolutely love how Sensory Deprivation makes me so mindful of positive affirmations towards myself and completely shut out anxiety!

Well that's my wee self care holiday almost over so back to the YOUR self care game, what I'm best at! Although I do have a few self care activities planned this weekend- YAH!

I think I've replied to all messages but I will be admining my way into the weekend so if I haven't I will!! Another busy week coming up but I may have a couple small slots which I will share. Thank you as ever for your loyalty kindness and support. I couldn't do this without every single one of you.
