• Shoulder Blade Squeezes: While sitting or lying down, squeeze shoulder blades together and hold for 5 seconds.⭐️
• Chin Tucks/Retractions: Sit straight and pull your chin in to align the head over the spine. ( my funky chicken excercise)⭐️
• Arm Raises (Y-Position): Lie on your stomach, lift arms into a Y-shape, and squeeze shoulder blades, do this 5 times⭐️
• Thoracic Extension: Sit with your hands behind the head, arching the upper back as much as you can ⭐️

Over the years iv'e helped treat alot of clients with the very debilitating Planter Fasciitis issue. So here are some NHS tips on recovery you can do at home, for those who haven't sought treatment.
Key NHS Plantar Fascia Exercises
• Plantar Fascia Stretch (Seated): Sit and cross the affected leg over the other. Grab your toes and gently pull them back towards your shin until you feel a stretch in the arch. Hold for 20–30 seconds, repeating 5–10 times.
• Towel Stretch: Sit with legs straight out, loop a towel around the ball of the foot, and gently pull towards you, keeping the knee straight.
• Frozen Bottle Roll: Roll the arch of the foot over a frozen water bottle, tennis ball, or rolling pin for 5–10 minutes to reduce inflammation.
• Calf Stretches (Gastrocnemius/Soleus): Stand facing a wall with the affected leg behind you, heel on the ground, and lean forward to stretch the calf.
• Calf Raises: Stand on the edge of a step, slowly rise onto your toes (3 seconds), hold (2 seconds), and slowly lower down (3 seconds).
• Toe/Heel Walking: Walk on your toes for 10–20 steps to strengthen muscles, followed by walking on your heels.
