Trades available: Joinery; Plumbing; Electrical; Painting/Decorating; Small Building Work;Small Tasks; Minor roof repairs/gutters (single storey only); Garden tidy
Fully qualified tradesmen employed within the service to carry out small repairs to properties. Rates vary and are dependant on individual circumstances. Guarantee Pension Credit, Income Support, Earnings Support Allowance, Council Tax Benefit, Housing Benefit, Attendance Allowance or Disability Living Allowance. For all other customers charges are £25.00 per hour plus vat. Additional Services
• Minor Aids/Adaptations – service can supply and fit minor aids such as grab rails, key-safes, external rails, additional handrails, shower seats/stools, loose slabs, and extending front entrance door steps. Subsidised rates are available and in some cases equipment can be provided free of charge dependant on the individuals circumstances.
