Your practice doesn’t expect you to show up happy. It asks that you be present. It doesn’t mind if you’re put together, or if you’re a mess. You can arrive with a jumbled mind and a heavy heart. Your practice couldn’t care less if you can touch your toes or meditate. It simply asks that you show up.

I am very sad to say that I will be leaving Aberdeen at the end of the month. 😢 Most of my classes have been passed on to incredible teachers who will be able to continue your yoga practice with you and teach you some new tricks.

Thank you so much to all of you who have been coming to my classses, I've enjoyed teaching you so much I've stayed in aberdeen twice as long as I had initially planned and you will all be greatly missed! I will be back on holidays and will try and arrange some lovely workshops for you all so this won't be a final goodbye!

In the meantime I will be teaching a yoga class in Duthie Park this Sunday from 11 - 12:30 as the forecast looks good 🌞 Please bring a mat/towel and some water with you if you fancy a stretch in the sunshine 💛🌞💛

YOGA IN THE PARK TODAY!!

Seems like it's gonna be a nice day so i will be in Seaton park from 4-5 (TIME CHANGED) teaching a back pain relieving twisty bendy yoga practice!

It's a big park so please meet at the car park and we'll find a nice quiet spot. Same deal as last week, please bring a mat/towel if you have one, I do have a few spares. Also bring some water, I'm not going to be overly optimistic and suggest suncream today.

Donations class, pay what you want (suggestion £7)

I had such a wonderful time teaching you all, and thank you all for braving the ominous sky!! Luckily no rain and even a little sunshine in the end!

I will be teaching a yoga class in Duthie park tomorrow morning from 11-12:30 meet me by the band stand 🤸🏽‍♀️

Please comment below if you would like to attend. It's a donation class, suitable for all levels! So even if you've never done yoga before come along, have a stretch, lie in the sun what's the worst that could happen?

Please bring a mat/towel and some water (maybe even sun cream?!? Let's hope so) I will have a few spare mats and things but not many
