A 3 hour interactive workshop with Catherine from Nurture and Grow Wellness and Fran from Little Lives First Aid.

Is your little one coming up to the stage of weaning and your not sure how to start, when to start, what to give or what to use. Let Catherine help you answer all your questions. She will take you through the signs of readiness, how to start and what foods to give, discuss meal ideas, discuss milk feeds and how they might change, how to avoid fussy eating and much more...

Fran will take you through allergies and what signs to look out for. She will also demonstrate what to do in the event of a choking incident. You will then get an opportunity to have a practice yourself.

Babies are welcome. Refreshments provided.

We made it through our first year and what a year it has been.
