🥰 Positive Staff Recognition 🥰

We are delighted to have experienced a significant thaw over the weekend, and now surrounded by a lot less snow!

Thank you to the clients, and their families, who have submitted kind words during the horrendous weather conditions, praising staff for their efforts. We thought it would be nice to share some of these with you all.

✨ TIME FOR A CHANGE IN 2026? ✨

Are you someone who has cared for a loved one and always thought about a career in care? Or are you someone with little/no care experience but always had an interest in making a difference to the lives of others?

We are looking to expand our growing team of Community Support Workers, those who visit our clients in their own homes to keep them comfortable and supported. If you are interested in joining our fantastic team, we would love to hear from you!
We are looking for caring, kind and reliable individuals who are motivated to make a difference to the care and support of adults in our local community. We have a range of well established teams across Aberdeenshire and Aberdeen City.

No previous experience required.
No ties to work set days or shifts. There is an option to only secure shifts that accommodate student timetables, family life commitments etc.

There is additionally an option for a consistent and stable work pattern that offers the same shifts on a 2 week rolling basis.
We have work available in the areas listed below.
**Static and full rotas, block hours with one client, nightshifts, live-in and social support work available.**

• Caring and kind nature
• 17 years of age +

All carers out there working under these extremely challenging conditions are doing a tremendous job, going the extra mile and giving it their absolute best. The team work we have witnessed over this past week has gone beyond any expectation. We are truly grateful to have such amazing staff, and appreciate each and every single one of them 💜💚

Christmas with the agency team. Dropping off biscuits to some of our clients, our secret Santa in the office and a wee Christmas lunch to finish before the festivities.
