There is a Grampian wide issue today relating to volume of calls and thereafter a malfunctioning phone system affecting all GP surgeries. The surgery is open and is accepting walk in cases (for patients who have no Covid symptoms and are lateral flow negative) for urgent issues today whilst we await a resolution to the phone issues.
