During winter, many people experience increased pain in their muscles, tendons, joints, and bones. This is a very common occurrence. The main causes are:
Why does cold weather worsen muscle, tendon, and bone pain?
1) Cold weather causes "blood vessels to constrict."
When it's cold, the body constricts blood vessels to reduce heat loss → less blood flow to muscles, tendons, and joints.
✔ This causes "tension, pain, numbness, and stiffness."
✔ Muscle weakness.
✔ Nerves become more sensitive to irritation
2) Muscles and fascia become “Shrinks and stiffens” when cold
Low temperatures cause muscle fibers and fascia to harden.
→ Joints are less flexible.
→ Tendons are so tight that they become painful.
→ Joint pain and stiffness are more likely, especially in the:
• Shoulders and neck
• Back
• Knees
• Elbows
• Wrists
3) Synovial fluid thickens.
The colder it is, the thicker the fluid that lubricates joints.
→ This creates a feeling of “stiffness and stiffness when you wake up.”
→ People with osteoarthritis experience more pain in winter.
4) Nerves are more sensitive to pain.
Low temperatures cause nerve endings to become more sensitive.
→ Pain is especially severe.
Especially those with:
• Herniated discs
• Pinched nerves in the hip
• Chronic tendonitis
• Back pain from fibrosis
5) People tend to hunch their shoulders and arch their backs in the cold
When it's cold, people tend to tense their shoulders, pull their necks together, and arch their back without realizing it.
→ This causes chronic tension in the neck, shoulder, and lower back muscles.
→ This exacerbates shoulder, neck, and shoulder blade pain.
❄️ Groups that tend to experience severe pain during winter:
• People who work long periods of standing or sitting
• People with herniated discs
• The elderly
• People with chronic muscle tension
• People who exercise little
• People with fibrosis from surgery or overwork

The treatment method, Khancharacha, is a technique that uses a threaded compression force around the axis. The herbal garment is designed to provide a controlled connection force that maximizes the efficiency of the threaded circle. The effective force is to expel lymphatic fluid by means of a progressive flushing motion, from the extremities/legs to the base of the thread. The process lasts for 80-50 minutes. The thread is tightened for 15 minutes, then unscrewed for 5 minutes. The work is repeated daily for 10-15 minutes. The time required for each flushing motion is to allow for the application of cold compresses to demonstrate the force of the compression. Patients should avoid foods that are offal, including animal organs, skin, bones, tendons, blood, shrimp paste, fish sauce, eggs, and milk. Vegetarians are advised to be aware of the treatment information.

The treatment of lymphedema using Khancharacha is an innovative method. It requires minimal effort, yet it is highly effective. It is based on the creation of compression therapy in a progressive sequence of lymphatic deflation and atrophy, effectively reducing swelling. This is a short period of time for many patients who suffer from this and other complications. It is beneficial for the patient's health and provides a very good quality of life after the swelling subsides.
