Joanna has been part of our practice for almost two years and is a real breath of fresh energy in the team. She came to the practice from pharmacy, bringing with her great experience in customer care.

She enjoys working with people and is always happy to help—whether it’s choosing the perfect pair of glasses or repairing your current ones.

In her free time, Joanna loves all things DIY and enjoys a good cup of coffee —especially when it’s enjoyed outdoors .

Kasia is an experienced optics professional with 8 years in the industry. She brings incredible knowledge and strong product expertise, always ensuring customers receive the best possible care and advice.

Her dedication and hard work have recently earned her a well-deserved promotion to Manager—and we couldn’t be happier for her 🎉

In her spare time, Kasia loves getting creative. You’ll often find her baking something delicious or working on her latest embroidery project , enjoying time spent doing the things she loves.

A friendly, caring optometrist who truly takes the time to listen and look after every patient.

She’s IP qualified, so she can prescribe for a range of eye conditions .

Wendy is married with three children—two boys and a girl—and loves spending quality time with her family. The boys are big golf fanatics and spend most of their free time on the golf course , while Wendy and her daughter enjoy some special girls’ time together.
In her spare time, you’ll find her walking her dog Bella and making special memories with her family.
