I had just returned from a training course in Poland on Sunday, and by Monday I was already travelling to England for another one. ✈️📚🤭

It was a fantastic 4 day course with excellent instructors from Perinea Szkoła Perineologii, and wonderful participants. Thank you for such a supportive and inspiring learning environment.
I was also very happy to see a familiar lecturer from PROskan Medical Solution - dystrybutor USG & Szkolenia USG and MedPower kursy USG, where I completed a course last year-it was lovely to meet again.
Continuing professional development is very important to me, and I am always looking for ways to expand my knowledge to provide the best possible care for my patients.
Looking forward to the next part! 🤩

I am pleased to announce that I have been elected as a CSP Equality and Diversity Representative.

Since arriving in Scotland, I have been a Chartered Physiotherapist, continually developing my professional skills and engaging with the wider physiotherapy community. Wanting to contribute more, I decided to put myself forward for this role. I submitted my candidacy and was honoured to be elected through a member vote.

What does this role mean?

A CSP Equality and Diversity Representative (Chartered Society of Physiotherapy) is a union representative who focuses on promoting equality, diversity, and a sense of belonging in the workplace. The role involves supporting members with equality-related concerns, challenging discrimination, and working alongside CSP stewards to help create inclusive and fair working environments.

The role also includes contributing to awareness campaigns, training, and networking with CSP diversity groups, using CSP resources to ensure all physiotherapists and support staff are treated fairly and respectfully.

I am proud to take on this role and look forward to supporting colleagues and contributing to positive change within our profession. I am ready to ready to undertake further training to strengthen my impact in this role.

More coming soon :)

Hello Everyone after Christmas! :)
As you know, I have been a Certified Urogynaecological Physiotherapist after completing a 2-year postgraduate course in 2023.
So I treated myself to a little professional upgrade — a new pelvic floor model 🎉
This will help me explain even more clearly:
✔️ pelvic floor dysfunctions
✔️ pain mechanisms
✔️ exercises and the therapy process
Patient education is a key part of my work. 💙
And this is just the beginning — more exciting things are coming this year 👀✨

Dzięki niemu będę mogła jeszcze lepiej i bardziej obrazowo tłumaczyć:
✔️ dysfunkcje dna miednicy
✔️ mechanizmy bólu
✔️ ćwiczenia i proces terapii
Edukacja pacjenta to dla mnie bardzo ważna część terapii. 💙
A to dopiero początek — w tym roku szykuje się więcej nowości 👀✨

As a Practice Educator, I am passionate about continually improving the support I provide to students and learners.

I am pleased to share that I have recently completed the AHP Practice-Based Learning (PrBL) Programme with NHS Education for Scotland — a course focused on enhancing the skills, strategies, and reflective practices needed to deliver high-quality practice education.

This training has helped me further upskill, strengthen my approach to supervision, and ensure I continue offering the best possible learning environment for those I support. 💙

Time for a little update :)

A few words about me:

I have been operating in Aberdeen since September 2019, offering Physiotherapy services in my private office. I bring 19 years of clinical experience working directly with patients and 10 years of experience as a lecturer in physiotherapy-related fields in both Poland and the UK.

Since May 2019, I have been registered in the UK as a Physiotherapist with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC), registration number PH117823—the organisation responsible for regulating health professionals and maintaining the official register of clinical practitioners in the UK. I am also a Chartered Physiotherapist and a full member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), membership number 110308.

My journey with physiotherapy began in 2004 when I started my bachelor’s degree at the Medical University of Gdansk. After completing it in 2007, I immediately continued with a master’s degree while working in rehabilitation centres in Gdańsk and Sopot, where I practised for over 10 years. I completed my master’s degree at the Medical University of Gdansk in 2009 and have continued my professional development ever since, completing numerous advanced training courses in orthopaedics, sports physiotherapy, neurology, and urogynecology.

My clinical expertise and strong recommendations opened the door to a teaching career. In 2011, I became a lecturer at a massage school, and in 2017 I began teaching at the University of Gdańsk. I taught subjects such as professional massage, diagnostics, physiotherapy methodology, and wellness techniques. I continued working both as a lecturer and in public and private healthcare facilities in Poland until mid of 2019.

After moving to Aberdeen in the end of August 2019, I ran a mobile physiotherapy service, worked in neurological centre and in a private health clinic as a Physiotherapist. Currently, I am employed as a Physiotherapist within NHS Grampian, run my own private practice, and serve as a Clinical Educator (CE) for local university students.

I work with patients across a wide range of specialties, including orthopaedics, frailty, oncology, neurological disorders, and rheumatology. I also specialise in women’s health and pelvic floor dysfunction, providing comprehensive assessment and treatment.

In addition, I offer musculoskeletal diagnostic ultrasound (USG) to support accurate diagnosis and targeted management.

Moreover, I offer physical therapy treatments such as ultrasound therapy and electrotherapy (e.g. TENS, electrical stimulation).

I warmly invite you to explore my services, listed under the “Services” section. My aim is to provide thorough diagnostics and effective therapy tailored to each individual. During your first visit, I will carry out a detailed assessment and interview. Bring all your tests results such as MRI, Xray or CT scans including imageing on CD device and bloods. Together, we will discuss the treatment plan, and I will recommend the most suitable physiotherapy methods for your needs.
