Time for a little update :)
A few words about me:
I have been operating in Aberdeen since September 2019, offering Physiotherapy services in my private office. I bring 19 years of clinical experience working directly with patients and 10 years of experience as a lecturer in physiotherapy-related fields in both Poland and the UK.
Since May 2019, I have been registered in the UK as a Physiotherapist with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC), registration number PH117823—the organisation responsible for regulating health professionals and maintaining the official register of clinical practitioners in the UK. I am also a Chartered Physiotherapist and a full member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), membership number 110308.
My journey with physiotherapy began in 2004 when I started my bachelor’s degree at the Medical University of Gdańsk. After completing it in 2007, I immediately continued with a master’s degree while working in rehabilitation centres in Gdańsk and Sopot, where I practised for over 10 years. I completed my master’s degree in 2009 and have continued my professional development ever since, completing numerous advanced training courses in orthopaedics, sports physiotherapy, neurology, and urogynecology.
My clinical expertise and strong recommendations opened the door to a teaching career. In 2011, I became a lecturer at a massage school, and in 2017 I began teaching at the University of Gdańsk. I taught subjects such as professional massage, diagnostics, physiotherapy methodology, and wellness techniques. I continued working both as a lecturer and in public and private healthcare facilities in Poland until mid of 2019.
After moving to Aberdeen in the end of August 2019, I ran a mobile physiotherapy service, worked in neurological centre and in a private health clinic as a Physiotherapist. Currently I am employed as a Physiotherapist within NHS Grampian, run my own private practice, and serve as a Clinical Educator (CE) for local university students.
I work with patients across a wide range of specialties, including orthopaedics, frailty, oncology, neurological disorders, and rheumatology. I also specialise in women’s health and pelvic floor dysfunction, providing comprehensive assessment and treatment.
In addition, I offer musculoskeletal diagnostic ultrasound (USG) to support accurate diagnosis and targeted management.
Moreover, I offer physical therapy treatments such as ultrasound therapy and electrotherapy (e.g. TENS, electrical stimulation).
I warmly invite you to explore my services, listed under the “Services” section. My aim is to provide thorough diagnostics and effective therapy tailored to each individual. During your first visit, I will carry out a detailed assessment and interview. Bring all your tests results such as MRI, Xray or CT scans including imageing on CD device and bloods. Together, we will discuss the treatment plan, and I will recommend the most suitable physiotherapy methods for your needs.
